Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.


Shipping (Australia, New Zealand, USA & UK)

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia, New Zealand, the United States, and the United Kingdom.

Australia: 3–5 business days
New Zealand: 4–6 business days
United States: 4–8 business days
United Kingdom: 4–8 business days

All orders are shipped from our Australian warehouse.

Note: Rural or remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to become active.
